RESPONSIBILITIES

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Understand
process &amp; instrumentation diagram (P &amp; ID) &amp; single line diagram.

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Maintenance
and repairing of different types of electrical module/machine.

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Help
to the Engineer to solve the different machine related problem.

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Attend
to electrical breakdown in the shift on priority basis.

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Participate
in the schedule maintenance activities.

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Installation
of different types of machines.

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Look
after and maintenance of MDB, SDB Welding DB, Lighting DB in the plant.

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Modify
and improve the electrical parts and arrange them in a good manner.

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Learn
the general industrial safety as well as specific plant/system safety
procedures.

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Learn
the plant flow chart and functionality of the equipment’s and systems.

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Learn
the P &amp; ID of the hydraulic, pneumatic and plant utility system.

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Learn
the different mechanical tools and proper use of tools and techniques during
maintenance.

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Learn
from the different kind of maintenance activities (preventive, predictive and
breakdown maintenance)

(BSc) in Electrical &amp; Electronic Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Materials
&amp; Metallurgical Engineering/Materials Science &amp; Engineering.
